The Effects of Jumping & Tapping Motion Exercise Program on the Cognitive Function, Emotional Behavior in Children with ADHD

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects that exercise program mainly composed of jumping & tapping motion has on the cognitive function, emotional behavior of children in ADHD and to clarify the effect. As subjects of study, 10 children(5 in experiment group, 5 in control group) of 6~12 years old in full in ADHD at M Psychological Medical Center located in S-si were selected for exercise program for 50 minutes in 2 times a week for 8 weeks. Their cognitive function, emotional behavior were uniformly measured pre-post study by using CNT(cognitive function) and CBCL 6-18(emotional behavior). The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 26.0 statistical program and all significance level was set to p<.05. For analysis, Levene’s test was implemented to confirm homogeneity between groups as prior test before this study. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures on time was implemented to check the effect of interaction of exercise program. In case that the effect of interaction is similar, Paired Sample t-test was implemented to check significance before & after study in the group. The result of study through such analysis is as follows.
