공공서비스 수출플랫폼 구축을 위한 LOD 기반 메타데이터 모형

초록

Recently, the contents and know-how of Korea’s e-governments public services havebeen recognized internationally and transferred to other countries in various manners. But themost cases are short-term based and have structural problems that not only small and mediumenterprises have little experience and expertise but large enterprises operate the very personalizedand inefficient human network for export business. To alleviate these problems and to create orpromote the new business cases, a systematic platform service that support, especially the smalland medium enterprises, in various export process is important and urgent. Since the source informationof the platform are so various and have very different formats, a XML schema based LODmodel is proposed to implement the platform, which could be used as the reference data model inthe context awareness and semantic services of the export business processes.
