1930년대 유성기 음반에 담긴 취포무(醉袍舞)의 검토

초록

The purpose of this study is to search for diverse base data of music named ‘Chwipo-mu’ that is listed on the gramophone record in the 1930s. The gramophone record may devise the traces of art in the traditional society of the time as the first musical record that it has high historic value as important data as it could also devise the relativity with the current folk music through the unprecedented music search that has continuously been presented in the earlier studies. Therefore, under this study, ‘Chwipo-mu’ in the gramophone record of Victor Record, dated November 14, 1935, is taken as the main data and musical notation to implement the linguistic origin search and music analysis, and the data collected in reference to the interviews with experts through the determinant sampling as the detailed territory has facilitated the inductive analysis method. As a result, the musical attribute of Chwipo-mu is a dance music and the dance referred thereof is understood as the dance music in line of Hanryang-mu that was influenced by the Buddhist monk dance. Furthermore, from the current folk music instrument, it is confirmed that the music element and “gutgeori” of Daepungryu is similar. Therefore, under this study, through the analysis of the view point for the source of ‘Chwipo-mu’, music and dance, the in-depth information of music has been obtained. Based on such a result, the importance on succeeding and developing the art of unity that encompasses music and dance together has been affirmed.
