우리나라 수출입 기업의 디지털 무역 활용에 관한 실증연구: 가치기반수용모델을 중심으로

초록

Purpose: This study empirically examined the factors influencing the digital trade utilization of firms by applying the Value-Based Adoption Model (VAM), focusing on the firmlevel value assessment in the digital trade environment. Research design, data, and methodology: This study analyzed the survey data collected from 239 Korean exporting and importing firms using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. Results: Compatibility and security have significant positive effects on the perceived value, whereas government support is not significant. The perceived value enhances digital trade utilization and mediates the technological effects. Conclusions: These findings suggest that digital trade utilization is a strategic decision based on the value assessments of firms, with technological compatibility and security outweighing institutional support.
