홀리스틱 교육의 관점에서 본 학교평가 결과와 관련된 평가지표 탐색: A교육청 학교평가 사례를 중심으로

The study was designed to examine the relationship of the school evaluation indicators and evaluation results. To meet the goal of the research, the relationship of school evaluation domains, indicators and results by the levels of schools has been analyzed based on the data from the Primary, middle and higher secondary level of an office of Education in 2015. The results are as follows. First, the school level curriculum and teaching and learning, education management, education achievement showed a statistically significant positive correlation with evaluation result; especially curriculum, teaching and school evaluation in every level of school showed a strong correlation. Second, most of the evaluation indicators of each level of school and school evaluation results showed a statistically significant causal relationship, but each evaluation indicator’s explanation power has been different. Especially, indicators has found high causality with school evaluation results in all levels of schools. From this research results, evaluation institutes should develop customized evaluation indicators based on the environments of school levels. And evaluation institutes should also management and support the indicators with explanation power.
