생활지향형 요소의 근린주거공간 분포특성 연구: 경기도 시·군을 중심으로

초록

This study investigates the aspects of residential distribution patterns related to daily life-oriented neighborhood features in terms of education and public,leisure and culture, commercial, industrial and economic factors. The results indicate that each city in gyeonggi province has very unique locality, and also has different spatial patterns shown as follows. First, cities with education/public and industrial/economic factors are mainly found in southern area near seoul. Second, cities with commercial factor are related to transportation nodes. Third,cities with leisure/culture factor is strongly concerned with natural and cultural environments. Based on the results, this study suggests two policy implications. First, urban policy in gyeonggi province has to deal with seoul metropolitan area due to its dependence. Second, locality based on daily life-oriented features should be considered during the housing development and urban management process because its positive impact not only on the residential satisfaction but also the neighborhood values.
