사회연결망 분석을 활용한 생활스포츠와 기상기후 관계분석

초록
The present study analyzed the perception of living sports in line with weather and climate changes to investigate its relationship with weather and climate. To this end, 1,106 undergraduates (467 males and 639 females) were surveyed regarding their perception of weather and climate. Then, social network analysis (SNA) was used to shed light on the perception of sports depending on changes in weather and climate. In short, first, the internet accounted for the highest percentage of all the channels for acquiring the weather and climate information among the participants in physical activities(60.6%), whilst 50.5% of respondents perceived the effects of changes in weather and climate on physical activities. Second, concerning the perception of sports depending on the changes in weather and climate, respondents perceived swimming, soccer, surfing, water skiing, baseball and badminton as summer sports in the order named. Also, respondents perceived skiing, soccer and skating as winter sports in the order named. In addition, respondents perceived skiing, soccer, surfing and ski jumping in the order named as extreme sports prone to injuries and accidents resulting from changes in weather and climate. Based on these findings, this paper discussed the provision of personalized sports and weather information service to increase participation in living sports, the development of quality weather forecast service to vitalize sports industry, and the need for instructional programs concerning applying the weather and climate information to participation in sports.
