우리나라 수출입 기업의 싱글윈도우(Single Window) 성과에 영향 요인에 관한 실증적 연구
An Empirical Study on Factors Affecting the Performance of the Single Window System in Korean Export-Import Firms

초록
This paper attempts to analyze factors influencing the performance of the Single Window system. The factors studied include the pressure from external counterparts, top management support, linkage in information sharing, and partnership. We gathered detailed data mainly from publicly available sources : Korea Customs Service. An empirical result shows that the linkage in information sharing has a positive effect on the firm's performance whileas top management support and partnership do not.
