SCM의 프로세스 혁신과 공급체인통합이 수·출입 기업의 사업성과에 미치는 영향

초록

In the paper examines the relations of between supply chain management’s processinnovation factor, supply chain’s internal innovation, supply integration and customerintegration factors, and business performance. Based on the analysis of two hundredseven cases in supply chain management through structural equation model, thefollowing results were found. First, the process innovation factor of supply chainpositively affects internal integration factor. Secondly, the internal integration factorpositively affects supply and customer integration factors of supply chain. Thirdly theinternal, supply and customer integration factors positively effect business performance. This paper draw a conclusion from the relations of among between processinnovation of supply chain management, internal, supply and customer integration ofsupply chain, and business performance. However, there were several limitations suchas effective implementation of supply chain integration etc.
