학교평생교육사업과 서울형혁신교육지구사업의 관계에 대한 전문가 인식 분석

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the professional perception of the relationship between the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT and the Seoul-based INNOVATIVE EDUCATION DISTRIC PROJECT for the establishment of a local education in a community . In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT and the Seoul-based INNOVATIVE EDUCATION DISTRIC PROJECT through the Delphi technique and FGI, and sought to improve the role of the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT. The results of the study are as follows. First, the field recognized that the original meaning of the school lifelong education ideology was deteriorating due to the budget shortfalls on the project and the lack of new ideas. Second, the field acknowledges the relationship between the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT and the Seoul- INNOVATIVE EDUCATION DISTRIC PROJECT, but did not recognize that the two projects had the same vision and goals. Third, the role of the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT for the establishment of the local education in a community is not to abandon the characteristics of the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT but rather to develop a strategy to explore the blue ocean area that the Seoul-based INNOVATIVE EDUCATION DISTRIC PROJECT cannot implement.
