공공기관에 근무하는 청소년상담사의 부정정서전염, 직무환경특성 및 공감피로가 직무소진에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of the this study was to examine the effect of negative emotional contagion, job circumstances, and compassion fatigue on burn-out amongst public institution youth counselors through correlation analysis and regression analysis. The subjects were 94 youth public institution counselors; comprising 20 males, and 74 females. The results of this article were as follows: First, there were significant correlations between negative emotional contagion, job circumstance, compassion fatigue and burn-out. Job circumstance (expressed as excessive workloads, vagueness in job descriptions and roles role) and compassion fatigue made for lower burn-out. Second, burn-out was anticipated by job circumstance (expressed as excessive workloads, vagueness in job descriptions and roles) and compassion fatigue. Third, the mediation effects of compassion fatigue were significant in the relationship between job circumstance and burn-out. This study ends with discussion of the results, the implications of these results, and suggestions for future studies.
