초록

This study examines key operational indicators relevant to management and decision-making in the resort condominium industry. Through a combination of literature review, practitioner interviews, and a structured stakeholder survey, the research identifies and evaluates the importance and feasibility of various indicators. The findings highlight occupancy rates, average daily rates, membership unit counts, and total revenue as the most influential metrics. Ancillary revenue, visitor volume, and labor costs also emerged as important factors. The study offers initial empirical insight into indicator usage in this sector and provides implications for both academic research and policy design aimed at improving industry efficiency and transparency.
