This study devises an exhibition plan for “After the Theater: On Korean Baby boomers,” a photo exhibition that rediscovers the Korean baby boomers and their families through artistic photography. This exhibition considers the social and cultural background of Korea in the late 20th century experienced by Korea's baby boomers, and the future of middle-aged and elderly baby boomers through photographic works. This project selected works taken by korean photographers of the baby boom generation and of their children. It is divided into two parts depending on the topic: part 1, 「Stage and The Outside」 looks at the youth and important events of the baby boomer, part 2 「After The Theater」 exhibits photo works of middle and old-aged parents recorded by artists who are their children, dealing with the process of death and illness within the family. The researcher created a scaled model of the exhibition to visualize it, and the held a showcase for exhibition proposal. The present and future of the Korean baby boomer are the future shared by all fellow citizens. This photo exhibition on the Korean baby boomers and their families, would serve as a venue for reflection across generations.
