재직 경찰공무원의 역량 탐색을 위한 델파이 연구 : 인적성영역을 중심으로

초록
The purpose of the study is to explore the personality and aptitude competency for incumbent police officers. To this end, the draft of the definition, domain, and sub-category of the personality and aptitude competency was developed through the literature review and Delphi method. Two times of Delphi method were conducted by 20 panels, including police, educational, and psychological experts. After data verification, the competency was revised and supplemented by the panels’opinions. The results are as follows. The personality and aptitude competency is composed of 3 major areas (personality, aptitude, psychological resource) and 18 sub-competency (professional identity, professional orientation, integrity, self-acceptance, self-regulation, person-job fit, person-environment fit, organizational justice, abilities to cope with the situation, collaboration, analytical thinking, job stress, proactive career behavior, work engagement, well-being, post-traumatic stress, attention deficit, and intolerance of uncertainty). The study draws the consensus on the personality and aptitude competency of police officers as basic data for job assignment and career counseling.
