진로결정을 앞둔 고등학교 야구선수 심리지원 사례

초록

Purpose: This is a case study of Psychological Support for High Scho oGl rade 3 Baseball Players Preparing for 2020 KBO Rookie Drafts and University entrance. Method: Psychological Support Program was conducted in J High School Baseball team in Seoul for 12 weeks from early May to the end of July 2019. During Orientation Time to check student psychology status, PS and TEOSQ Questionnaires were used. In addition, stress was measured using a U-bio in order to obtain data to be used for individual counseling. Results: During the counseling, it was found that conflicts with parens,t leaders, pressures on career dec-i sions and records were stress to the students like others, Conclusion: Currently, psychological support for sports is being extended to elite sports, professional sports, and youth sports. Although the interest and increase in the profession of sports psychology counselors are positive, it is important to approach athletes ethically because they share the life of a player. Counseling is also important to a sports psychologist, but sharing and learning experiences through case studies will help not only consultant but also your athletes.
