인코텀즈 상 정형거래조건의 활용이 SCM 운영적 유연성에 미치는 영향 연구: 新 무역물류 환경에 따른 실무적 고찰을 중심으로

Purpose : This paper investigates the factors influencing the utilization of Incoterms and the impact of Incoterms utilization on supply chain management (SCM) flexibility. SCM flexibility is increasingly crucial in today's dynamic business environment, enabling firms to effectively respond to changing customer demands and market conditions. The study focuses on the utilization of Incoterms in relation to SCM flexibility. Research design, data and methodology : This paper utilizes a triple approach combining knowledge-based view, relational contract theory, and power and dependence theory. This study distributed questionnaires to domestic export-import companies and distribution logistics companies to examine the factors influencing the use of Incoterms and analyze their causal relationships. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. Results : The research findings reveal that differences in understanding incoterms, mutual cooperativeness, and bargaining power influence the effective utilization of Incoterms. Furthermore, a positive relationship between Incoterms utilization and SCM flexibility is observed. Conclusions : This paper contributes to understanding the interaction between Incoterms utilization and SCM flexibility. Additionally, the study provides important insights for supply chain practitioners, policymakers, and researchers to enhance their understanding of the factors influencing adopting and utilizing Incoterms and strategies to improve SCM flexibility in international trade.
