초록
Pansori is a narrative epic vocal music that emerged out the 18th century when the economic circumstance of the vulgarist class was more improved so that the ordinary class needed the artistic media to accommodate their own desires. Pansori was the result of this historic background. During the development of pansori, a literati class participated for development of the pansori so that pansori performers need not only appeal to the tastes of vulgarist class but also to the tastes of literati class. Musical elements of Pansori music has the two aspects of music which is the literati tastes and vulgarist musical tastes. In Chunhyangga, jeogsungga was sung by Lee Mong-ryong, who passed natinal examination for high officer in Jeonsun dynasty. This music sung with literati class music style which is called gagogsung singing style. The singing style is a vocal singing style of literati musical elements. The lyrics of jebinojeonggi has very difficult Chinese writing so it requires high understanding for the Chinese literati. I believe that this music has the elements of liverati music in pansori. Pansori singers have combined two musical elements of which folk music and literati music in pansori music. As a result, it has developed into a narrative music that can be enjoyed by ordinary people and the literati class also.
