알츠하이머형 치매환자의 인지기능 및 행동심리증상에 미치는 비약물중재 효과에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰

초록

With the rapid aging of the population worldwide, non-pharmacological intervention to prevent and delay aging-related disease has drawn attention. The purpose of this study is to systematically review the results of studies on patients with Alzheimer’s-type dementia published in international journal over the past decade. 293 papers were searched according toe the data selection criteria of systematic literature review, and nine papers were finally selected for analysis. Various methods of non-pharmacological intervention were provided to patients with Alzheimer’s-type dementia, including music therapy, cognitive training, cooking, multisensory stimulation, reading activities, and recreational education, and the content of the method and the state of the disease have been identified as factors affecting the effectiveness of non-pharmacological intervention. In particular, with regard to music therapy, it was found of subjects affected the patients’ cognitive function. It is necessary to provide appropriate non-pharmacological intervention considering socio-biological factors such as age, gender, and level of education, as well as the condition of Alzheimer’s patients.
