학교복합화시설 추진 시 2세대 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED)를 적용한 안전관리역량 척도개발

초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool that can evaluate safety management competencies for multi-purpose facility of public schools particularly when the facilities are open to the public. To achieve the purpose of the study, an extensive literature review and an expert council were conducted. Total of 28 items were generated for four factors of facility management, control management, strengthen relationship and strengthen cooperation. Aconfirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, convergent validity analysis, and discriminant validity analysis were conducted for the development of the safety management competency scale. Data were collected from 355 participants. The results of CFA showed good model fit indices (CFI: .945, TLI: .939, RMSEA: .055). AVE values were between .653 and .697. In addition, discriminant validity was also examined using the squared correlations and AVE values. Based on these research procedures and results, in this study, 7 questions for facility management, 7 questions for control management, 7 questions for strengthen relationship and 7 questions for strengthen cooperation were derived.
