멧갈라에 나타나는 젠더 패션 스타일 연구

초록

This study examined Celebrity"s fashion style, which is attracting attention as a fashion leader in Metgala as a medium for conveying trends and social messages in modern fashion, from a gender perspective and derived changes and characteristics. The purpose of the study is to first understand gender theoretically and explore the relationship between gender and fashion and the possibility of research. Second, we analyze fashion style cases in Met-Gala from 2012 to 2022, and categorize gender styles. Third, the fashion style characteristics of Met-Gala are derived according to the change in gender concept. The results of the study showed that gender was first classified into men, women, gender, and undifferentiation, and the gender style that appeared in Met-Gala from a fashion point of view emphasized femininity, masculinity, gender, and neutrality. Accordingly, the characteristics of Met-Gala"s fashion style according to the change in gender concept were concluded as mix match style, fun style, and creative style.
