報道番組の発話文字テロップに関する分析 ―ヒューマンドキュメンタリー番組との比較を中心に―

초록

This article aimed to compare Korea and Japan using speech comments following the telop of a news program as material and investigate how to correct them in the process of changing words to letters. Next, the function of the comments following the telop was analyzed by comparing the results of Kwak (2022) targeting human documentary programs. According to the results, both Korea and Japan place importance on "simplicity of communication" in news programs; however, differences in functions are emphasized in human documentary programs. In Japan, in news programs, many deletions express the simplicity of the message content. However, Korea has many corrections to express "the correctness of words" along with "the accuracy of information transmission." Thus, differences in the corrections made appear in the process of the speech being written between Korea and Japan. Through the speech-writing telop, we can gain insights into the program's intention to convey and emphasize to viewers, and Korea and Japan differ in this respect.
