항소심 심리 개선의 방향

초록

The structure of the litigation in the court of appeal adopts further proceeding, that is, judging the decision of the lower court of which hearing is based on document collected in first instance, but new resources are added to it. Hearing on appeal relies on de facto standard to judge the decision of lower court. As a final stage of de facto proceeding, the court of appeal should not only relieve the party but also be trustworthy to citizen. in the regard, this thesis theoretically deals with the direction to improve hearing in the court of appeal.
