국제공항 장기주차 수요예측모형 구축에 관한 연구: 인천국제공항 사례를 중심으로

초록

Purpose: In the case of parking demand at international airports, unlike the case of general parking lots, most of the parking demand is dependent on airline demand, so it was necessary to predict the parking demand according to the characteristics of such international airports. The existing general parking demand forecasting method did not reflect these characteristics, and it was impossible to use it for both long-term and short-term forecasting as it could predict either long-term or short-term forecasts. Therefore, this study examines seasonal factors for monthly, daily, and hourly airline demand and long-term parking lot usage characteristics, and uses time series regression analysis to develop a model that can reasonably predict long-term and short-term demand for long-term parking at international airports. Through this study, it is expected that a more accurate long-term parking demand forecast reflecting the characteristics of international airports will be possible, and this will help establish a more accurate international airport transportation system.
