수도권 브랜드 공동주택 외장색채 변화특성분석 - 2000년대와 2020~2023년을 중심으로

초록

This study presents a quantitative analysis of the evolving color choices for apartment exteriors over two decades, examining their impact on urban landscapes and offering insights for future color design enhancements. Our methodology involves a comprehensive approach encompassing literature review, brand selection, data collection, color assessment, and comparative analysis. Findings of the study are as follows: After the Landscape Law, residential buildings have predominantly used high-lightness and low-saturation Y and YR hues, with a shift towards cooler B and PB colors and achromatic tones after 2020. This change reflects an emphasis on sophisticated environmental color design, balancing brand identity with regional character while minimizing the impact on the surrounding urban landscape. After the Landscape Law, we've seen a shift in residential exterior colors from high saturation to more uniform designs, inadvertently creating an issue of landscape homogeneity. Finally, To counter this, we need to focus on color planning that not only addresses uniformity but also integrates local natural, geographical, and cultural elements, fostering distinct and sustainable urban landscapes.
