중년 여성 라이프 코칭이 회복탄력성, 자기효능감 및 스트레스 대처에 미치는 효과: 파일럿 연구

초록
This study examined the effects of group life coaching on resilience, stress coping, and self-efficacy in middle-aged women. A total of 20 middle-aged women participated in the study, and the experimental group consisted of 11 women who received 12 sessions of 120 minutes once a week. The main content of the coaching program consisted of self-understanding, goal setting, success habits, interpersonal relationship, identifying obstacles, and adapting to change. The experimental design was a non-equivalent control group design. All participants completed pre, post, and follow-up (4 weeks later) questionnaires measuring resilience, stress, and self-efficacy, as well as a post-coaching interview at the end of the program. Mixed ANOVA was used to examine the program effect, and a simple main effect analysis was conducted to specifically examine the interaction effect. The results of this study confirmed that group life coaching had a positive effect on improving resilience, self-efficacy and stress coping in middle-aged women. The post-experimental interviews also revealed that the coaching program had a positive impact on the participants. These findings suggest that the coaching program applied in this study could be a program that can help middle-aged women improve their life satisfaction and happiness.
