FLint를 활용한 줌(Zoom) 한국어 수업에서의 상호작용 분석 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to find a way to enhance the interaction by analyzing the interaction pattern between the teacher and the learner in the Zoom Korean language class, a real-time remote video platform, using the FLint analysis method. The FLint classification items for face-to-face classes were modified and supplemented, applied to Zoom Korean classes, and the interaction patterns in the ‘Speaking/Listening’ classes and ‘Vocabulary/Grammar’ classes were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the interaction between the teacher and the learner was lowered than face-to-face class due to the limitations existing in the online class environment, and the use of the Zoom function for the interaction from the learner was hardly observed. Therefore, it was confirmed that in order to improve the interaction between teachers and learners in real-time remote video Korean classes, it is necessary to develop a teaching strategy for the online class environment, to ducate the teachers on the understanding of the online class environment, and to actively train for usable functions.
