지역 대학축제의 기억과 기록화 작업 -강원도 춘천 소재 대학을 중심으로-

초록

This article was written to systematize and record the history of University festivals and related events held together during university festivals at universities in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do. The covered period and universities in this article were limited to Sungsim Women's University, Chuncheon National University of Education, and Kangwon National University, which grew based in Chuncheon after the Korean War, and related contents were studied using various newspapers, magazines, historical materials and interviews. University festivals and university cultural events have now become festivals only for students. However, until the 1990s, when college students were fewer, university festivals and university cultural events were "community festivals" involving not only college students but also local residents. Now, university festivals and university cultural events have changed their status compared to the past, and only a few local residents and students are interested in. At this point, it is important to systematize and record university festivals and university cultural events in Chuncheon. This work means not only reminisce the past but also reflect on the culture of the university festival and give implications for how to organize the university festival in the future. It is expected that local universities can coexist with local residents and contribute to reflecting on the existence of local universities through this work.
