초록

This study analyzes the difference in the roles of conflict mediators in the conflict mediation process using Randomized Controlled Trials(RCT). As s stimulus, the experimental group set the mediator to be actively involved in cossensus-building, and the control gorup decided to reach and agreement on their own. According to the experiment conducted after securing internal and external validity, the experimental group that stimulated the stimulus had a higher degree of consensus than the control group. In addition, participants in the experimental group showed very high support for the agreement reached, but the majority of the control group did not support the agreement they reached Through this experiment, the active role of the conflict mediator was to enhance the conversation and deliberation process, and to increase support for the agreement reached along with the possibility of reaching an agreement. It can be seen that the active role of the conflict coordinator is necessary to successfully resolve the conflict.
