다큐멘터리를 활용한 환경교육활동이 유아의 환경친화적 태도와 환경보전지식에 미치는 효과

초록

This study examines the effects of environmental education using documentaries on young children’s environmental-friendly attitudes and environmental preservation knowledge. Participants include 75 children from three kindergarten classrooms in Gyeonggi province. Participants were divided into three groups: an experimental group, a comparison group, and a control group. The experimental group received environmental education through documentaries; the comparison group received enviromental education through photographs. The study found that the environmental- friendly attitudes of young children were positively impacted by the documentaries. The documentaries also positively impacted all four areas of environmental preservation knowledge: recycling and water, air and soil preservation.
