Analysis of Errors in the Use of `있는다, 없는다, 있은, 없은' by Korean Language Learners - Focusing on the Korean Language Learner Corpus -.

초록

his study aims to examine the frequent use of the error forms `있는다, 없는다, 있은, 없은' among Korean language learners through analysis of a written raw corpus, and to propose educational strategies for addressing these errors. A total of 1,291 sentences containing `있는다, 없는다, 있은, 없은' were identified in the written raw corpus of Korean language learners. Out of these, 1,282 sentences were reviewed after excluding 9 sentences that were considered correct. As a result, `있는다' was frequently used in the forms of `-(으)ㄹ 수 있는다, -이/가 있는다, -고 있는다, -도 있는다, 재미있는다', and `없는다'was frequently used in the forms of `-(으)ㄹ 수 없는다. -이/가 없는다'. Regarding the error form `있은', the most frequent usage patterns were `맛있은, 재미있은, -이/가 있은, -(으)ㄹ 수 있은'. Additionally, `없은' was frequently used in the forms of `-이/가 없은, -(으)ㄹ 수 없은'. In this paper, we summarize the error sentences based on these commonly occurring or distinctive error patterns among learners. These error sentences can be utilized as teaching materials and provided to both learners and teachers.
