Semantic documentation using semantic Web technologies and social Web services

In this paper we discuss the need to interact both Desktop and Web environments for making semantic documentation and the advantages of using Semantic Web technologies and Social Web Services. We propose the architecture and then describe the protoope system based on the proposed architecture.
