UX (사용자 경험) 특성에 있어서 효과적 시각 정보디자인에 관한 연구 - ‘myCoex’ 앱의 주요 서비스에서 ‘길 찾기’ 중심으로 -

초록

Recently, as need for transmitting information efficiently through information visualization arises, user experience related to the field also arisen. User experience design is handled importantly in various areas, among them, it is easily found in mobile application production. Also mobile apps via smart phone has various functions are implemented. This research first we investigate theoretical background of UX design, then organize concept of visual information design and information visualization through theoretical consideration and set efficient visual information principle via putting together principles made by information design experts. With the principle, design check-list considering UX design characteristics and set evaluation standard of effective information visualization Lastly, based on above evaluation standard, conducted a survey for application 'myCoex' the function 'pathfinding' service and analyzed the result. The research result, 'pathfinding' app got generally received high points however had some problems. The search result marked on the map gave users confusion. This is because store for different store category displayed the same picture. Moreover, grasping information changes according to needed information classes was not possible. Also, there was no function which marks the current location of the user in path finding process. For the improvement, first, classification of information must be more specific in order to comprehend needed information changes and detailed explanation must follow. Secondly, path finding will be more easily executed if current user location is marked on the map.
