학생스포츠복지를 위한 ‘복지’의 개념 분석 -사회복지, 교육복지, 그리고 스포츠복지를 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data which can connect policy (theory) and practice of the party concerned through analyzing concept of ʻwelfareʼ which is the core of student sports welfare. To achieve this, We researched into the concept of social welfare first, second into the concept of education welfare, third into the concept of sport welfare, forth into domestic and foreign school P. E. policies and then have comprehended what each of the concepts implies to the school P. E. Based on this, We have composed the concept of student sport welfare. We were able to recognize that a welfare nation means one of natural respect for civil rights (right of health, right of education, equal rights) and a welfare nation develops from the stage of basic welfare through narrow welfare to broad welfare. And also we have noticed education welfare and sports welfare focused on narrow welfare. We defined the concept of student sports welfare as the intersectional part of education welfare and sports welfare, and the purpose of student sport welfare as to pursuit broad welfare from narrow welfare of student rights, spatially in elementary, middle and high school in case of using physical activity and we set range of target as students in school age. And also, we have suggested that holistic development of students, as well as support and enhancement of ʻhuman rightsʼ should be included on purpose of physical education, because school physical education has appropriate environment which can pursuit broad welfare. As a follow-up research, we suggested the necessity of instruction, curriculum, and teacher education to achieve the purpose and we pointed out the need of research that discusses about the problems and the teleological alternatives of school P. E.
