초록

The purpose of this study is to derive the macroscopic knowledge structure of domestic golf policy research, predict prospects by subject area, and suggest research directions. For data analysis, domestic golf policy studies were collected for 25 years (1997-2022), major keywords were extracted with text mining, one of the natural language processing analysis techniques, and subject areas were derived through topic modeling techniques. First, among the core topics, 'legal and institutional issues in golf course development', 'legal issues in accordance with golf course related tax system', 'legal issues following golf course accidents', 'golf course rehabilitation and member rights protection', 'golf course caddy workers' Enemy status' deals with the subject area corresponding to legal and policy issues that arise in the golf course operation process. Second, 'higher education institution system improvement and human resource development' and 'micro and macro policies for revitalizing the golf industry' are also key topics, including college golf-related curricula and training courses, golf talent training, and the law on factors influencing. Third, variable topics appeared as 'Legal rights and obligations in player activities', 'Course copyright issue of virtual reality golf platform', and 'Law and ethics of betting golf culture', and interests according to factors of golf course location It consists of subjects and legal cases, cases and responses to player protection and legal/ethical negligence, recognition of copyrighted value of real golf courses expressed in the virtual reality golf system, and legal/ethical issues of betting golf. Each topic deals with golf's legal and policy issues related to internal and external factors such as society, economy, technology, and culture, apart from the cluster weight. This is interpreted as meaning that each subject area will continue to be affected by the changing environment and research through continuation and variation will be conducted, and new subject areas to be noted can also be expected.
