디지털 시스템 동기화 역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 - 한국 의약품 제조기업 중심으로

As uncertainty in the global supply chain intensifies, corporate competitiveness hinges on establishing an organic collaboration system based on digital system integration capabilities with suppliers. Particularly in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry, such systemic alignment acts as a key driver for generating tangible business performance by guaranteeing information transparency and maximizing operational efficiency. Against this background, this study empirically analyzed the impact of digital system alignment capability on business performance, mediated by supply chain visibility and manufacturing operational agility, targeting Korean pharmaceutical manufacturing firms. The survey was conducted among practitioners in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. A total of 1,500 questionnaires were distributed, and 202 valid responses were finally secured after excluding incomplete or insincere responses. The collected data were analyzed using a parallel mediation model via SPSS ver. 28.0 and Process Macro ver. 4.2. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, digital system alignment capability was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on both supply chain visibility and manufacturing operational agility, as well as on business performance. Second, supply chain visibility and manufacturing operational agility were confirmed as mediating factors that exert a positive (+) influence on the relationship between digital system alignment capability and business performance. These findings are significant in that they empirically demonstrate the impact of digital system alignment capability on internal operational execution and business performance, extending beyond conventional information sharing.
