초록

In this study, we sought to elucidate the effects of affordance experience of professional club application users on immersion and satisfaction. By classifying the types of affordance characteristics into cognitive, functional, and sensory affordances, and establishing a path model to the relationship between immersion and satisfaction, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the cognitive affordance of professional team application users has had a positive impact on immersion and satisfaction. The interface of currently served applications consists mostly of icons and text that embody the team and the event. These features allow the user to feel positive and confirm that they are immersive and satisfying. Second, the functional affordance of professional team application users has been found to negatively impact immersion and satisfaction. Like the voice of the customer, the user feels the inconvenience of the function of the application that does not yet provide high-quality content and information at the official homepage level, which immediately acts as a hindrance to immersion and satisfaction are doing. Third, it has been found that the sensory affordance of professional team application users does not significantly affect immersion and satisfaction. Unlike users who liked the characteristics of the interface being represented, the visual and auditory effects that emphasized expression acted as factors that did not affect immersion and satisfaction.
