공공임대주택 거주민의 유대관계가 주거이주 의사에 미치는 영향: 주거만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로

With the social mixed housing policy of public rental housing implemented, the problem of social exclusion has been raised. This social problem brings about a conflict between residents, potentially increasing an intention to move out. In this process, residential satisfaction acts as a crucial determinant of resident mobility intention and the relationship between neighbors is a key predictor of residential satisfaction. This supports that the residential satisfaction may act as an important parameter in the relationship between neighborhood social ties and residential mobility intention. Based on the panel data from public rental housing in Seoul, we investigated the mediation effect of residential satisfaction in the association between neighborhood social ties and moving intentions using structural equation modeling(SEM). Empirical analysis shows that the relationship between residents in public rental housing has an influence on moving intention indirectly only through residential satisfaction. This study suggests the directions of residential welfare policy to improve the quality of life and residential stability for residents in public rental housing.
