초록
As the convenience of life and working environment is increasing as the IoT and smart work become connected, the possibility of leakage of internal information is also increasing due to the complex security threats. The leakage of internal information in the private sector is limited to economic losses, but the leakage of the police with vast amounts of sensitive important information can lead to social confusion as well as national security problems because the mission of the police is to protect people's lives and property, to prevent and suppress crime, to maintain public well-being and order and to maintain the importance and sensitivity of personal information, In particular, as information leakage by internal employees has been increasing steadily, the security paradigm is changing to prepare for insider threat rather than outside intrusion. The police officers have tried to establish various security management regulations and grant authorizations to individuals who try to access sensitive key information. However, due to the rapid development of IT technology, it is not easy to establish effective measures. As a result, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the police security officers of 31 police stations in Seoul to investigate the leakage of internal information and the countermeasures. For effective countermeasures against the leakage of internal information. in conclusion, the changes in the perception of security officials, and the formation and internalization of information security culture are suggested. Focusing on the security system of police officers in terms of people, technology, and business processes, this study points out that the most serious threat of security and the most obvious solution are people, and that it provides effective countermeasures for security management of people-centered security management.
