COVID-19 팬데믹에 따른 그린인프라 인식 및 물리적 특성이 주거환경 만족도에 미치는 시기별 영향 분석

This study examined how the perceptual and physical characteristics of green infrastructure influenced residential environment satisfaction among Seoul residents before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The study period was divided into three stages: the pre-pandemic period (2018–2019), the outbreak and escalation period (2020–2021), and the mitigation period (2022–2023). Empirical analyses were conducted using ANOVA with post-hoc tests and an ordinal logistic regression model. The results showed significant differences in both the perceptual and the physical characteristics of green infrastructure across the three periods. Positive perceptions of the green environment consistently increased residential environment satisfaction throughout all three periods. A stronger perceived need for green space expansion, by contrast, was associated with lower satisfaction, and this negative effect became more pronounced during the mitigation period. Higher proportions of green space and mountainous areas were also found to contribute to residential dissatisfaction after the pandemic. The effects of parks varied by type: regional parks and theme parks positively influenced residential satisfaction, whereas walkable neighborhood parks showed increasingly negative effects after the outbreak of the pandemic. Individuals who perceived a greater need for green space expansion further tended to place higher value on green environments that were easily accessible within their daily living areas. These findings suggest that the perceived value and the evaluation criteria of green infrastructure have shifted in response to changes in urban lifestyles and environmental perceptions following the COVID-19 pandemic.
