비동시적 온라인 학습의 상호작용 평가를 위한 통합적 평가준거 개발 및 적용: HRD 재교육기관 사례분석

As the use of e-Learning is increasingly growing at higher education and corporate settings, one of the key variables for the successful online learning is interaction. Despite the importance of online interaction, previous studies have investigated specific aspects of online interaction, and thus fail to reveal the dynamics of online interaction. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop and test a comprehensive assessment framework that analyzes the multiple facets of online interaction such as macro-level and micro level. To achieve this purpose, the authors propose assessment criteria and methods for measuring interaction from an integrative perspective that includes both macro level and micro level. This assessment framework is then tested with data collected from an asynchronous online course at a HRD graduate school. The developed assessment framework provides instructional designers and HRD practitioner with guidelines that can facilitate interaction in asynchronous online environments.
