The effect of organizational justice perception on job satisfaction among secondary physical education teachers

초록

This survey study of 243 participants from secondary schools located in Korea investigated how secondary school physical education (PE) teachers' perception of organizational justice influence job satisfaction. To achieve this goal, the study was performed in two stages. In the first stage, the frequency, descriptive, independent sample t-test, and correlation analyses among proposed variables were conducted by SPSS 18.0 version. In the second stage, the hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. Results revealed how the perception of organizational justice can influence their work attitude. Specifically, hierarchical regression analyses indicated that PE teachers' perception of procedural justice and interactional justice had a positive impact on job satisfaction while that of distributive justice had no significant relationship with job satisfaction.. Limitations and future research directions was discussed.
