중국 기업의 공급체인위험 간의 관계가 기업의 경쟁력에 미치는 영향관계에 대한 연구

초록

Nowadays, many enterprises are conducting various management activities by establishing global supply chain network. As many Chinese importing and exporting enterprises are penetrating into global market, the necessity of Global Supply Chain Management(GSCM) integration has been increasing. Also, a strategic approach which is able to control potential risks has been required in managing the global supply chain network to deal with problems that may be arisen in the global supply chain. This research investigates the structural relationship between how each risk (supplying risk, manufacturing risk and demand risk in GSCM) affects on enterprises competitive advantage and moderating effect how information risk affects on them. The research conducted a survey by 162 Chinese importing and exporting enterprises which are conducting a business actively in China and the empirical result has been drawn from the structural equation modeling. This study has drawn following results. First of all, GSCM supplying risk shows positive effect on manufacturing risk and enterprises competitive advantage. Secondly, GSCM manufacturing risk shows positive effect on demand risk. Lastly, effect on enterprises competitive advantage by GSCM information risk show differences. As a result, the research has drawn that enterprises should establish the GSCM strategy by considering the supplying and information risk, since selecting the supplier is the most important part within the value-added flow from among the first-supplier to the end-user.
