시니어 극단의 현황과 사례 연구 - 일본의 경우를 중심으로 -

I hope to be a positive stimulus to the senior national theater, and the future challenges to collecting more data than. 本論文は日本のシニア劇団の現況と具体的な事例を調査し、高齢化社会においてのその意味と役割の可能性を考察することを目標とする。特に、最近韓国でもシニア演劇祭が開催されるなど、高齢者が参加する演劇プログラムが探究されているため、日本の事例は参考になる記録になると期待される。そのために、本研究ではまず日本のシニア劇団の活動現況を把握し、それらが活性化されている背景にどのような要素があるかを考察した。日本の演劇界には既に長い間シニアの観客が演劇を楽しむ文化が形成されているなか、主な劇団は彼らをターゲットにした戦略開発とサービスが行われていて、韓国と異なる状況だと言える。しかし日本のシニア劇団に最も大きな影響を与えたのは、蜷川幸雄のさいたまゴールドシアターだと思われる。日本だけではなく、フランスと香港ツアーを行い、芸術性を認められている劇団であるからだ。作品活動だけでなく、実質的な運営状況を把握するために、制作者と劇団員とのインタビューを行った結果、他劇団と同じく運営されていた。このような事例はシニア劇団の可能性の範囲を広げたという面で非常に有意義だと言える。韓国のシニア演劇に肯定的な刺激になることを望みながら、より多くのデータを集めることを今後の課題としたい。
