대학생의 대인관계 유능성에 대한 연구 동향 분석

초록

Fifty-four studies on interpersonal competence, which had been published between the year of 2010 and 2022 in Korea, were examined to understand general trends in this field and to make suggestions for future directions. Through this research, I would like to present descriptive data of the papers and future research direction for promoting interpersonal skills of university students. First, though the number of research regarding the interpersonal competence of university students was insufficient before 2010, the number began to increase after 2011. The major research stream focused on quantitative research(90.7%). Second, the studies indicate that the main factors that affect interpersonal competence of university students can be categorized into three topics: internal personality, family and social relations, and combinational and other factors. Among the topics, internal personality(44.6%) proves the most influential. Third, the most papers suggested that follow-up research expand the subjects of research in order to capture the greater diversity and seek changes in research methods to overcome the limitations of research using self-reporting questionnaires. To this end, this study aims at revealing limitations of current research and suggesting implications and future research directions.
