호텔기업 관리자의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원 서비스성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 교차수준 분석: 집단잠재력의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

This study analyzed mediative effects of group potency regarding the impact of a hotel manager's transformational leadership on members' service performance. In particular, the present study considered that subjects consisted of groups of hotel members and aimed to discuss the effect of the transformational leadership using the cross-level analysis, while illustrating the impact of group potency, which are psychological variables at the group level. The summary of its results is as follows. First, it was confirmed that a hotel manager's transformational leadership had a significantly positive (+) impact on members' service performance at the cross level. Second, it was proved that there was a partial mediative effect of group potency, with regard to the positive impact of a hotel manager's transformational leadership on members' service performance at the cross level.
