The data provided in this study was gathered from the 198 participants of the 22nd Korea Collegiate Golf Association Presidents Cup. The following conclusions were derived from the gathered statistics through inspection conducted through one-wayMANOVAanalysis. First, according to gender male participants had shown higher self management scores, but for training management female participants average(M=3.63) had been slightly higher compared to males participants(M=3.55). Second, according to income status backgrounds higher players with higher income backgrounds had higher physical management levels among other elements of self management. In addition, income status backgrounds had the highest influence on training management(Eta²=.66). Third, health status had shown to have the highest effect on physical management whereas the difference in health status had the highest influence in training management((Eta²=.80). Fourth, in terms of training periods interpersonal relationship strategy had shown to have the highest influence. However, training management had relatively low self management scores, especially in physical management where players training 10 days or less(M=3.06) and players training 30 days or more(M=3.85) had shown clear distinction. Fifth, mental management based on experience had higher influence than other elements of self management. In addition, difference in experience had high relation with physical management(Eta²=.74).
