내비게이션 표준화의 장애요인 분석: 근거이론을 기반으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to assess the current status and necessity of standardization in navigation based on in-depth interview data from navigation experts and analyze the obstacles to standardization through grounded theory. To achieve this, in-depth interviews were conducted with nine navigation experts, and the interview content was analyzed based on grounded theory. It was found that navigation companies respond by pursuing independent differentiation and not disclosing their data and technical information, leading to non-participation in standards. This repeated pattern of response has hindered the standardization of navigation. The negative response of navigation companies to standardization was found to be rooted in the fact that the early navigation market began as a standalone approach that did not require standardization.
