Dynamics of point vortices on a hyperbolic sphere with constant negative curvature is considered. Three point vortex motions are investigated in detail. Possible motions including equilibria and collisions are suggested and classified. Finally, certain extension is remarked for the surface of revolution with negative curvature. (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V.
