중등학교 학생선수의 진로결정유형 및 진로결정수준 분석

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the career decision type and career decision level on the secondary school athletes. 480 student-athletes are collected using the stratified cluster random sampling method from chosen athletes population attending at the secondary school in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeong-gi province. The survey questionnaires for the career decision type and career decision level are used to collect data, in which the questionnaires had been modified in Korean by Go (1992). The statistical methods utilized in this study for analyzing the collected data are reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, n-way ANOVA, MANOVA, and Multiple regression analysis. From the analyses of data, the following conclusions are obtained: Firstly, there is a slight difference in career decision type among the secondary athletes in the demographical factors. Secondly, there is a little difference in the career decision level in the demographical factors. Lastly, career decision type for the secondary athletes affects the career decision level.
