중국 게임 규제 변화와 전략적 대응 방안: <검은신화: 오공> 사례 연구
Regulatory Changes in China’s Game Industry and Strategic Responses: A Case Study of <Black Myth: Wukong>

초록
This study analyzes the changes in regulatory policies within the Chinese gaming industry and the strategic responses of Korean game companies. The Chinese government has enforced stringent regulations, including restrictions on publishing licenses. In this context, the 2024 release of <Black Myth: Wukong>, a modern reinterpretation of Journey to the West, achieved major success. In response, the Chinese government began using the game as a tool for cultural promotion, signaling a shift from regulation to support. This study examines these regulatory changes and proposes strategies for Korean game companies to mitigate risk by incorporating traditional Chinese cultural elements into their games.
